As former Executive Vice President, Talent Development and a member of Weichert Workforce Mobility’s eight-person Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and twenty-person Management Committee (MC) over the last 11 years, Chris has ensured the success of senior leaders, teams and colleagues in a variety of ways. His passion ensures the success of leaders, instilling an adaptive culture of growth and elevating the employee experience, especially during times of change and transformation. He recently supported a successful multi-year enterprise-wide technology transformation and reorganization of the business.
With his business acumen, change management expertise and inspirational style, Chris balances a focus of performance, metrics and results with an equal focus on an inspired committed culture of meaning, shared beliefs and the highest quality of service. He was an architect and a key force behind Weichert’s decade-long third-party service excellence accolades by helping foster a fully integrated system and culture of on-going learning, feedback, recognition and colleague engagement.

In life and in business, when we travel, we can go in many different directions including north, south, east and west yet we cannot go on that journey unless we know our true north, those principles and values that act as our guardrails for making sound decisions.
In the world of learning and adapting, we know that we all experience four stages of development when we tackle a new task or a new goal. Ask one of my mentors, Ken Blanchard. We are often initially excited to learn something new yet disillusionment often sets in when our knowledge or skill level is not where it should be and it is easy to quit. It is not until our knowledge and skills take shape that our confidence begins to increase and then, after some time, we attain mastery.
